Who says food can’t be NUTRITIOUS and DELICIOUS?
Join us as we celebrate the beauty of the Summer Season with mouthwatering farm to table dishes using this summers’ harvest. Students will work in teams to create a variety of dishes using seasonal fruits and vegetables. They will learn about nutrition and healthy eating habits, all while fostering a love of wholesome food and cooking. We’ll cook breakfast foods, soups and salads, fun snacks and even decadent desserts! In one week, we’ll cook over 15 new recipes from Blueberry Crumb Bars to Fresh Tomato Bruschetta, Mango Peach Sorbet, Crepes, Thai Lettuce Wraps, Chocolate Fudge Pops and much more!
At the end of the one week session, all students will receive a recipe booklet so they can enjoy cooking and baking all of our delicious recipes at home. Reserve your spot now as classes fill up very quickly. Our maximum for each session will be 18 students, ages 7+.
Dates/Time: there will be two sessions: July 31-Aug 4 and August 14-18, 9:00-12:00
Cost: $275 per child (sibling discount, $275 for first child, $250 for each additional child)
