Our first recipe for the Fall Season

Pumpkin Bundt Bread w/Maple Glaze…. perfectly sweet and satisfying… you would never know it’s made with gluten free flours such as oat flour and almond flour, sweetened with pure maple syrup and a bit of coconut sugar and completely vegan!

Do you smell the cinnamon in the air?

The leaves are changing colors… the air is cooler… the nightime darkness is earlier… even though I’m not a big fan of the Autumn and Winter, I have to admit I enjoy baking the delicious apple and pumpkin goodies and cooking hearty stews and soups.
