Very Berry Smoothie

This is a my favorite smoothie! I just love berries and they are jam packed with vitamins and antioxidants. This smoothie is perfect for those hot summer days because it tastes just like a sorbet. 

Ingredients:

  • 1 ripe banana, frozen
  • 1 (10oz) bag frozen organic mixed berries
  • (strawberries, raspberries, blueberries, blackberries)
  • ½ cup organic almond or dairy milk
  • ½ cup organic plain yogurt
  • 1 tsp milled flax seed
  • 1 tsp honey

 Directions:

  1. Peel and cut banana in half and place in blender.
  2. Add in mixed berries, milk, yogurt, flax seed and honey.
  3. Puree until smooth.

Makes 6 servings.
