Spring 2020 Cooking Camp

Did you know that Apple Pie, Clam Chowder, Texas BBQ and Boston Cream Pie are some of America’s favorite dishes?

American cuisine is based around regional dishes which are inspired by local ingredients, culture and ethnicity. For example, in New England, many popular dishes are based on fishing and seasonal fruits and vegetables such as pumpkins, apples and berries. Travel across America with Miss Liz, owner of Food Jules, to learn how to create these famous regional dishes.

Students work in teams to prep, cook and bake while exploring the food and culture of a different USA region each week. We will bake apple pie, cheesecake, boston cream pie cupcakes and we’ll cook clam chowder, chicken pot pie, chili and much more!

ALL OF OUR CLASSES ARE NUT FREE and ALLERGY FRIENDLY.

Registration and payment is due by Feb 14th. Use this link to sign up today! Email liz@foodjules.com with questions!

Fall Cooking Camp starts in October!

Our next cooking camp starts on October 4th! Registration ends Sept 14th.

Autumn is quickly approaching so join Miss Liz in the kitchen, where we’ll prepare some warm, healthy and comforting meals. We’ll make hearty soups, chili, lasagna, muffins and even pies. Each week, this hands-on class will teach students the skills necessary to make these wholesome, savory meals using seasonal ingredients.

Food Jules will run it’s annual Summer Cooking Camp and registration is now LIVE. It’s a lot of fun for the kids, our assistants and most of all, for me. We spend every morning together for one week, learning new recipes. This summer, we are cooking recipes from around the world, learning about the culture and food from a different country each day. This is one of my favorite curriculum and this summer, we’ll be including Portugal.

If you are interested in learning more about our program, click here. It will give you details on cost, dates/times, forms and registration instructions. If you have any questions, feel free to email me liz@foodjules.com.
