So sweet and delicious! Perfect summer treat.
Ingredients:
- 1/2 ripe banana
- 2 tbsp whey protein powder (I use the Whole Foods 365 brand)
- 1 tbsp milled flax seed or flax seed oil
- 1/2 cup frozen Organic Cherries (I use the Whole Foods 365 brand)
- 1 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk
Directions:
In a blender, combine banana, whey protein powder, flax seed, cherries and almond milk. Blend until smooth.
Makes 1 serving.
