Oatmeal Cookie Smoothie

Oh my gosh… this smoothie tastes JUST like an oatmeal cookie without any added sugar, just naturally sweet with frozen bananas, raisins and cinnamon.

Ingredients:

  • ½ cup almond or dairy milk
  • 1 ripe banana, frozen
  • ¼ cup rolled oats
  • 1 tbsp organic raisins
  • ½ tsp ground cinnamon

Directions:

  1. Pour milk into blender.
  2. Peel and cut banana in half and place in blender.
  3. Add in oats, raisins and cinnamon. Blend until smooth.

Makes 2 servings.

  1. Yummers! I make something similar with dates instead of raisins and I’ll even use leftover cooked oatmeal instead of raw if I have it. It’s a complete breakfast as far as I’m concerned 🙂 I never added cinnamon, will try that next time. Thanks!
