Oh my gosh… this smoothie tastes JUST like an oatmeal cookie without any added sugar, just naturally sweet with frozen bananas, raisins and cinnamon.
Ingredients:
- ½ cup almond or dairy milk
- 1 ripe banana, frozen
- ¼ cup rolled oats
- 1 tbsp organic raisins
- ½ tsp ground cinnamon
Directions:
- Pour milk into blender.
- Peel and cut banana in half and place in blender.
- Add in oats, raisins and cinnamon. Blend until smooth.
Makes 2 servings.
Yummers! I make something similar with dates instead of raisins and I’ll even use leftover cooked oatmeal instead of raw if I have it. It’s a complete breakfast as far as I’m concerned 🙂 I never added cinnamon, will try that next time. Thanks!
