- 2 tsp dijon mustard
- 1 tsp honey
- ½ cup organic apple cider vinegar
- ½ tsp salt
- ¼ tsp pepper
- ¼ tsp dried oregano
- ½ cup olive oil
- ½ cup safflower oil
- In a small bowl, whisk together dijon mustard, honey and apple cider vinegar.
- Season with salt, pepper and oregano.
- Whisk in olive oil and safflower oil until well combined. Serve over Organic Spring Mix.
