Apple Cider Vinaigrette


  • 2 tsp dijon mustard
  • 1 tsp honey
  • ½ cup organic apple cider vinegar
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ¼ tsp pepper
  • ¼ tsp dried oregano
  • ½ cup olive oil
  • ½ cup safflower oil


  1. In a small bowl, whisk together dijon mustard, honey and apple cider vinegar.
  2. Season with salt, pepper and oregano.
  3. Whisk in olive oil and safflower oil until well combined. Serve over Organic Spring Mix.
