We’re Back at the Monroe Farmers Market.

Food Jules has returned to the Monroe Farmers Market, every Friday from 3-6pm.

This week, our sweet treats include Blueberry Crumb Muffins, Morning Glory Muffins, Lemon Yogurt Bread, Zucchini Bread, Chocolate Fudge Cookies and Cranberry Orange Scones. We will also have our famous Chicken Empandas, Turkey Empanadas, Jams, Hot Fudge Sauce and Granola!!! And don’t forget, all of our sweet and savory treats are made with organic, all-natural, whole grain ingredients so you don’t have to feel guilty about eating them.

It’s going to be a beautiful day tomorrow, so stop by the market to pick up some delicious sweet goodies, as well as some fresh fruits, vegetables, eggs, maple syrup and bread from our amazing local farmers and help us support Connecticut.

  1. My son and I sampled your chocolate cookies yesterday at the Farmer’s
Market. They are probably the best chocolate cookies I ever ate! I am so glad he didn’t realize there were 2 in the bag. I have been munching on the last one since we finished dinner tonight! It is great to eat a cookie with so many organic ingredients. We will be back again. I wish you tons of success. You truly have a gift. Your website is lovely. Thank you for sharing your family’s story.

    1. Thank you so much for the lovely compliment. I am so glad you liked the cookies and are enjoying the blog. I have to admit, these cookies are so delicious. I just love them. The recipe is posted here on my website too, if you want to try to make them at home. If not, I will be making them again this week for the market! I am so happy to share our story and Julian’s life with others, makes me feel like he is still alive here with us, in spirit.
