A couple quick tips:
- this version is gluten free and vegan
- if you prefer to swap out the flours, you can use all-purpose flour but reduce from 2 total cups to 1 3/4 cups
- make sure you squeeze the shredded zucchini as much as possible
- wait until the bread is cool before drizzling on the glaze
- and….. make sure you have yourself a slice before the family sees it!!!!!!!!!!
