Here you will find wholesome recipes from pasta dishes to bean chili and burgers as well as a variety of ethnic meals. When it comes to sauteing, I always use extra virgin olive oil rather then any of the vegetable oils. I find it gives it a much better flavor as well as being a healthier alternative to those other oils. If you are allergic to olive oil or just rather use a non-flavor oil, your best option is safflower oil. I have also started using organic coconut oil, especially in baking. The Trader Joes brand is my favorite.
