Meals don’t always have to consist of meat. There are many, many delicious meatless meals that will satisfy even the largest carnivore!

Here you will find wholesome recipes from pasta dishes to bean chili and burgers as well as a variety of ethnic meals. When it comes to sauteing, I always use extra virgin olive oil rather then any of the vegetable oils. I find it gives it a much better flavor as well as being a healthier alternative to those other oils. If you are allergic to olive oil or just rather use a non-flavor oil, your best option is safflower oil. I have also started using organic coconut oil, especially in baking. The Trader Joes brand is my favorite.
